Tendering Project Management

Our tendering specialists ensure all contributors are represented for the creation of a tender package, including critical business and technical stakeholders. Doing this ensures bidders are 100% clear on your vision and the specific objectives you have set to achieve it. Working closely with either in-house or 3rd party Architecture and Design, Facility Engineers, and the client, we ensure the Tender objectives best meet the requirements.

Construction Project Management

As the client representative, the Construction Project Manager will manage and track all tasks that need to be delivered. Including tracking and control of quality and risk. Our Project Managers are well-versed in ensuring minimal impacts to schedule and cost and are tasked with discovering any potential issues before impacting delivery. By regularly liaising with key client stakeholders and communicating project status regularly and formally, we aim to ensure our clients are confident and can trust in the project delivery.
