Inspection/Site Analysis

Our experienced project team will inspect the site and interview your decision-makers to understand your requirements. A project brief will be developed, encompassing key business drivers and high-level planning requirements and limitations assessment.

Concept Design

Using your requirements and site details as inputs, our Designers will create a conceptual design including high-level drawings and conceptual renders to easier understand the relationships between your proposed construction and its environment. Conceptual Design is an iterative process, allowing the client to feel for the space and how it meets the business drivers without the time and effort of a complete detailed design.

Detailed Design

A further enhancement is made to your existing concept and design briefs. The end goal is to generate a refined design including detailed floor plans and elevations, 3d renders, a schedule of materials and finishes, detailed cost estimates, and draft procurement plans. Our experienced design staff will guide you through the process of maximizing your return on investment.

DA/CDC

Vigilus team members are experienced in dealing with several different councils and planning consultants throughout Australia and are familiar with the planning objectives and requirements they have set. Armed with this understanding and Design and associated documentation, we will help you achieve a faster outcome with minimal impact on your plans and schedules.

Tender

Complete end-to-end tender management from tender strategy development, generating the tender offer documentation to vendor identification, running the tender program, and aiding the client in assessing submissions. Our team has extensive experience ensuring your bidding entities are compliant with your requirements and can deliver to your schedules.

Client Project Management/Site Manager

Our project managers work closely with the client. They will ensure all requirements have been delivered on time and to budget. The site manager will also assist with the management of risk, quality, and schedule. The site team will also be responsible for managing contractors and suppliers that are engaged in the project.
