Conceptual Design is an iterative process, allowing the client to feel for the space and how it meets the business drivers without the time and effort of a complete detailed design.

Once all stakeholders have accepted the concept design, our team will proceed to the next stage of Detailed Design.

Further enhancement is made to your existing concept and design briefs. The end goal is to generate a refined design including detailed floor plans and elevations, 3d renders, a schedule of materials and finishes, detailed cost estimates, and draft procurement plans.
